FDA District Offices

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) District Offices are located throughout the country. IRB and other inspections are conducted by FDA District Office personnel. Problems or questions related to FDA regulated products or IRB inspections may be directed to the Director of the Investigations Branch (unless otherwise indicted), or the Bioresearch Monitoring Program Coordinator, in the appropriate District Office.
